Reiki Level 1 Training
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing technique that anyone can learn! In Reiki Level I
Training, you learn about Reiki, what it is, where it came from. Additionally, you will
learn about the chakras. There will be a meditation to prepare you for your attunement,
then after your attunement you will practice (learning placement of hands etc.). At the
end of the day you will receive a certificate of completion. Upon completing level I, you
can do Reiki on yourself, family, friends, pets, even your surroundings!
Instructors: Sherry Kachanis, Reiki Master/Teacher;
Cost: $150.00
Advanced registration and deposit of $75.00 required to reserve your space. Balance may
be paid ahead of time or the day of class. NOTE: Class size is limited to ensure a
comfortable environment for all.

Ear Candling Certification
Ear Candling, also known as Ear coning is an ancient practice performed using hollow
candles made from strips of unbleached 100% cotton dipped into beeswax. Ear candling
helps alleviate various ear disorders, including relieving sinus pressure, improved hearing,
ear infections and more. On a "Spiritual" level it helps to release blocked energy, opens and
aligns the chakras, cleanses the auric bodies and more.
In this workshop you will learn the history of ear candling, the benefits, contraindications
and safety precautions. This is a hands on experience as you will receive and give a session
during class.
In addition to printed material and instructions, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Join Chef Stephen's for a night of cooking in an intimate setting (limited to 6 people per
session). Learn to prepare, cook and pair food together with wine. Each session will
include the preparation of an appetizers. main course, side and simple dessert.
