Exploring Food with Chef Stephen Lasorsa
Join Chef Stephen for a night of cooking in an intimate setting (limited to 6 people
per session). Learn to prepare, cook and pair food together with wine. Each session
will include the preparation of an appetizer. main course, side and of course dessert.
Pre-registration and payment is required to reserve your space, as space is limited.
Cost is $60.00 per class.

Spring's Bounty - Curried Lamb Eggrolls, Broiled Lamb Chops & Seasonal veggie
Dessert will also be included.
Rustic Pasta Dish with Steak Bundles, Seasonal veggie
Dessert will also be included.
Italian Night - Tuna Steak with Grape Wine Reduction, Risotto & Seasonal veggie
Dessert will also be included.
